Wine Country Garden on a pretty day!

Today we went to Wine Country Garden. A place we haven't seen for the last 10 years. WOW what a change. The place has grown to include banquet facilities, a bandstand beautiful gardens with meandering brick paths, vineyard and outside and inside dining!!! We were really surprised. With beautiful views of Missouri hills and vineyards, we enjoyed a great lunch and then drove up 94 to enjoy the scenery. We used to purchase plants and produce  at Wine Country Garden. Years ago all they had was a lovely old home  with fields of Lily's out front.... replaced with a vineyard. The old barn was gone, but many out buildings replaces it! They don't sell their produce anymore....but their nursery is still going strong! If you have never been there, it is worth a trip to Defiance.
