Cookie Baking....Day 2!

Sandy and I have a tradition
of baking Christmas cookies for our kids each year.
We bake for several days
and
then prepare large platters of cookies for each family.
We love finding platters,
wrapping in cellophane
and tying them up with ribbons.
We usually include a back-up container of cookies
to refill the platter when the supply runs thin:D
This year we made Sugar Cookies
(that was our project today to cut out, bake and decorate),
Macaroons,
Chocolate Chip,
Oatmeal Scotties
and Pecan Puffs.
We will meet one more day
to make a few more types and package them all up!
We like to deliver them early so that the families can share
and enjoy them during the season....instead of after Christmas:D
Santa's little helpers!

Love our little Tradition!

What an ambitious undertaking - but they look delicious! This year I've decided on chocolate crinkles, raspberry thumprints and of course tollhouse, but I may just add some sugar cookies! Have lots of fun! Love, Linda
