Several week ago when Sophie was out for dinner with her brother, mom and dad......
I promised to sew up a few things for her.
We went through the beautiful fabrics I had purchased
at Hancock's of Paducah
and
she picked out a few that she liked!
With several vacation trips and our new baby,
time has gotten away from me.
Yesterday I decided if I didn't get them made soon.......
cool weather (HA)
would be here and it would be time for corduroy and wool!
Here is the first promised piece......a sundress
in this wonderful tomato red
with pale blue accents.
I really liked the way it turned out,
but it hard to show it off without a body in it...LOL
