Hints of Spring are in the Air........

Treadmills
Yesterday the temp got to 75 degrees here in Ole St. Louie..........We opened the windows and let the fresh air fill our home! It was warm and damp and you could almost smell Spring in the air! There were signs of Spring everywhere! Birds were chirping and I can't even tell you what that does to me! That sound is like comfort food for my ears:D It sends me to a place I haven't been in months.....hee..hee. The daffodils are poking their little heads out of my dirt and I can almost see their yellow blooms already (an active imagination is a wonderful thing). Since I couldn't find anything too exciting to take a pic of outside.....I decided to find something inside:) This is my little ode to Spring sitting in the middle of my dining table.........................it won't be long now!

How sweet is that? I know, was in the high 70's here yesterday and it was great to hear the little birds, but now...brrr...chilly again, but still lots of birdies outside, but yep, I'm ready for flowers too!

We had to be in Chesterfield for drs appts, Monday. We changed the appts from last Friday to Monday, a much better day to travel the 50 miles. Of course winter is back again. But we will be having more and more of those wonderful days, soon!

I just read about your new adventure. We may just have to take a little day trip to Eureka, when the weather warms up! Haven't been antiquing there in years. Best of luck to you and your sister!

75! Oh how nice! We had 5 inches of snow yesterday... but it really was beautiful...
I have to remind myself that it is only February... and in Nebraska that means at LEAST 6 more weeks of winter.... but it is getting dark later... which is so nice... more energy it seems.
Glad you enjoyed your little peek at spring... love that smell!
