Our Little Snow Princess..............

It is still VERY COLD here! It is supposed to get down to near 0 degrees tonight! The doors to my car froze shut in the garage last night. The problem was that in trying to get the rear door open....I managed to ease it just enough that I couldn't get it open or closed again:( I worried all the way to school that I would not have a battery when I returned to my car after a long day at school......Our wonderful custodian helped me by playing with it and getting it open and then shut properly. Bless his heart.......he has helped me this year more than I would like to admit to:) Oh, I almost forgot to mention that when I left the house I was almost out of gas. So, I stopped at the local watering hole to fill-up............................well, not only were the doors frozen, the small door leading to the gas tank was also frozen shut:( Had to have a gentleman at the station help with that. I hate having to depend on others to do what I need to do! Thank goodness for kind and generous people who help willingly when they see you in need! Hope you are getting through this cold spell with little to no trouble. All I can do is THINK SPRING.......... Posted by Picasa

Linda...I hope you are feeling better, you poor thing !!! I'm hanging my head low in shame for not getting to you sooner to let you know that your adorable box got here safe and sound.
I've been waiting to post it on my blog because I won on two other sites, and once those items arrive I want to put them altogether.
Thanks again for picking my name and stay tuned to see it on my blog.

It's days like this that make me glad I live in Florida. My daughter was a teacher, too. She said she was taught in collage by a wise professor to make friends with the school custodians. She was rescued many times by them. They adored her because she appreciated them. I'm sure that is the way they feel about you.
