My poor little girl was so sick today and couldn't tell anyone what was wrong! This part of Autism SUCKS!!!!! Mommy called early this morning to tell me that Margo was really acting funny! She wouldn't get out of bed or respond to any suggestions. Just kept pulling the cover over her head:( I went over to their house and picked her up for the day since Mommy had to go to work. On the way home she managed to throw up all.....did I say ALL....over my car. I couldn't do anything to help her since I was driving and she was in the back seat. I raced her into the house and into the tub. Since she threw up she was feeling a bit better and enjoyed the bubbles. Once clean and shinny she decided she wanted to lay down.....and you guessed it....up it came again:( That went on several times but my sweetie never cried. Her little face shows how bad she must feel......but I can only guess because she can't tell me:(Last week-end we purchased an Ipad to use with Margo. We are hoping that with all the apps available she will soon be able to tell us how she is feeling and much, much more:D

I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for leaving a comment for me over at 21 Rosemary Lane and then I saw Margots' poor little face and read about her not feeling well. I know how a heart can break over a sick little one.I do hope she is feeling better soon.
So sad to hear about poor little Margot. Hope the ipad will help. My niece (now 24) is disabled and unable to speak (but not autistic). She has a very cool talking machine that can be programmed with some words. It is the most amazing thing to have her able to tell us things now.
