Recycled Rose.......dressed and ready!

I got to spend time with Sue and Gerry (aren't they cute?) today while we worked on Christmas trees and the front window:D The shop looks FABULOUS as always and the mercury glass is to die for!!!! That is my wreath in the middle of the latter pictures:D

Look at this darling little tree that Sue made! She is donating it to her grandchildren's school for an auction:D Lucky them!!!!!

Okay, that does it! We're taking a little drive over to your neck of the woods! What a great Christmas display!

I love your wreath, box and the entire window display. For the wreath, what type of base did you use and what kind of adhesive? I made one once and also a pinecone wreath once, but I used hot glue and when I stored them in the attic after Christmas some of it fell apart due to the heat.

wowsers! such gorgeous photos! I have been surfing the net for some different Christmas decor for the tree and I should have just come here.

In answer to your question...on my birthday girl thread..my Mom is still with us (just turned 81) but recently moved into assisted living apartments...we now take care of my 59 year old mentally challenged brother...but we are all adjusting great! take care!

Teri.......I used E6000 glue and it worked well! I used a base of white styrophone. I would recommend using a styro base covered with tinsel garland. If I were to do it again that is what I would do:D Thanks for all your sweet words......Linda
