Took the Plunge
After years of embellishing purchased patterns......I thought it was time to strike out on my own! So............today I just started cutting right into this pretty fabric. The only guide I had was the waist size of Margo:D I have looked everywhere for cute new patterns and there aren't any!!! I made up my own pattern for this gored skirt........always loved gores and had several when I was a young girl! The gores allow you to use several different fabrics which adds to the drama. I need to make a top of some sort to go with it, but am really happy with the results of the little skirt!
