Yea! Yea! Goodwill!

Treadmills
Some of you asked to see some of my finds from thrifting and I will share more later......but for now....I wanted to show you a jewelry box I found for 7.00 at Goodwill. It was an ugly Spanish style with lion head door pulls. I am making it for my daughter-in-law, Arica:) Here it is at the present stage. I still need to paint the newly installed knobs and glue them in.....but I like the way it is turning out:) I hope she will.....................

thrifting at goodwill is just the best. i actually went last night (inspired at the time by susan's post) and found some things. i didn't get quite the score that you guys did...some trips are better than others. i will try to get some pics today and post them. I would love it if you stopped by for a visit. I am at www.a-little-birdie.blogspot.com

Linda...I had to stop by and tell you how *beautiful* those boxes are in Sommerset magazine. I finally snagged a copy last night and when I got to the pages with your boxes and little journals my mouth just hung open in awe Love, love. LOVE them.....Karin
