Remember this box?...........Well, I was thrifting and found this wonderful old tarnished silver plate tray for 2.00. It made the appropriate base for this dome and Christmas box. With the help of a glass beaded wreath it will make the perfect centerpiece for my holiday table.

Linda, finally I am able to post and tell you that I have domes all over my home as well. I love them and yours is truly beautiful... I have been under the weather with somekind of virus and finally I think I am feeling at least 50%. I will take pictures and post on my blog so that you can see mine. I am so in the mood to start decorating for Christmas, but of course being sick has kept me in all this weekend. Congrats on the new addition to your beautiful family and her hair is beautiful... My both boys were born with tons of hair. When I had my second son as soon as we got him home my husband had to cut his side burns because they were so long.....
